Pure Bathing Culture – “Dream the Dare”

Pure Bathing Culture - Dream the Dare

It has been two months since Pure Bathing Culture’s “Pendulum” swept over the blogosphere, praise gushing from everywhere concerning the group’s ability to produce fluttering soft-rock reminiscent of Fleetwood Mac. Their new track, “Dream the Dare”, is a more reserved effort, but still retains the jangly and effervescent warmness that made “Pendulum” so striking. This is a lush entry from the Portland-based group, who are keen on using hazy guitar arpeggios, shuffling percussion, and gripping vocals.

“Dream the Dare” is a highlight off Pure Bathing Culture’s upcoming album Moon Tides, out 8/20.
