Bits of folk, almost South African/black gospel, and a sprinkling art-rock moves are churned together resulting in a glorious mix to spread on your eardrums. Vocals are definitely at the forefront here- instrumentation is largely used for color. I can imagine this playing while sitting on the porch of my mountain cabin on a rainy morning.
