I don’t know if it exactly “wow”-ed me but then again I don’t think that an album has to do that to be good. I think it was a very well put together album from start to end and although some songs weren’t as great as individual parts withing that song, there were songs that were complete tracks that were excellent.

Have to disagree on this album though. The good songs far outweigh the few duds making this one of the best albums of the year so far. Can’t wait to see these guys live.

Not sure yet how I feel about the band, and the sound, but I am always open to new things. Sometimes it takes a while to really “get” the intended message and grasp the direction of the music. I will continue to listen and see if it opens up to me more.
