Constellation Flight – “Astral Connection”

Constellation Flight is the alias of multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Kao Kazlauckas, who plays all the instruments heard on new track “Astral Connection”. The release glides along effortlessly, with a bit of Latin-pop charm in the acoustical melodic progressions. His vocals shift back in the mix during an airy hook, reminding of Jens Lekman with the subtle orchestral and exotic touch. Some gorgeous guitar styling at the mid-point reminds of Aztec Camera’s fast-moving acoustical jangle. The track is chock full of great comparisons and original ingenuity; “Astral Connection” is a great demonstration of Kazlauckas’ talented arsenal.

Kazlauckas’ tracks were recorded at his home studio called Magic Land, in Edmonton, Canada. His first album should drop sometime before the year concludes.
