Sam Levin – “Frame of Mind”

“Frame of Mind” is an introspective new track from New York-based singer/songwriter Sam Levin, who wrote the track about the last year and a half of his life. Filled with friendship, love, struggle, and music’s place within all that, the overall theme exists within a melodic effort led by his chipper voice and optimistic rhythmic pulse. A string-laden murmur sits in the background alongside light keys, culminating in the final minute with a xylophone-like youthfulness that works well in strengthening the contagious, optimistic tones established early on.
