Sonder Saloon – “Tell Me”

/

Sonder Saloon impressed a couple years back with their Mackinaw EP, which they recorded in a secluded cabin in the Utah mountains — apt considering their ethereal folk aesthetic, which had a tendency of building toward soaring vocal harmonies. They haven’t departed from this effective sound on new track “Tell Me”, which begins with bouncy folk acoustics and leads to an anthemic hook, capped by a pleasant array of twinkling keys in the bridge back. “Tell Me” is another success from an act that has been rising steadily the past two years, amassing 400k+ Spotify plays for an anthemic folk sound that’s both accessible and powerful.
