Good Days – “Red”

/

The bouncy and enthusiastic “Red” is the latest showing from Good Days, the New York-based duo who previously impressed with the hook-y “Love Soaked World” in December. The duo of Eric Ronick and Michael Cannova are at work on a current project by the name of ROYGBIV, which they describe as “colorful collection of singles that play off the feelings and narrative of each color.” The project will feature all seven colors, with “Red” being the first entry. Bluesy keys and perky percussion are prominent from the get-go, the vocals increasing in rousing fervor alongside the organ backing and clap-laden percussion. It’s a surefire catchy track that marks the project off in good form.

“Red” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of May 2018’ Spotify playlist.
