Sunnbrella – “Flyby”

Sunnbrella’s engaging new track “Flyby” meshes warm shoegazing rhythm guitars, lead twangs, and lush vocals. The London-based project of David Zbirka, Sunnbrella also impressed in October with the track “Outta Focus.” The consuming “Flyby” touts a memorable chorus just after the one-minute mark, where the lead guitar assumes a twangier personality and the vocals a more elongated croon. Sunnbrella is kicking off the year in quality form.

“Flyby” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of February 2019’ Spotify playlist.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Shoegaze / Post-Punk / Dream-Pop.
