Ball.ard – “On My Mind”
“On My Mind” is a consuming new track from Ball.ard, a producer and trained jazz musician who meshes lushly melodic soundscapes with jazz-tinged jams. The grooving effort is off the artist’s upcoming debut EP, releasing soon. Fond of vintage analog synths and catchy hooks, Ball.ard shows a great aesthetic here. The track unfolds steadily, with synth twinkles and expanding guitars playing alongside serene vocals. The final one-third features some excellent guitar/synth interplay that calls on the artist’s jazz proficiency. “On My Mind” is a winner.
