Camp Candle – “LILAH”

//

Philly duo Camp Candle continue to impress with their latest track, “LILAH.” Their sound has always reminded me fondly of Little Dragon, and that’s no different here. Following successes like “Before the Night” and “Feelin a Way,” Camp Candle construct an even dreamier sound with “LILAH.” The synths of Mark Cave aka Nu Ra consume, as vocalist Briana Hetepsa Mills-Walker casts a hypnotic spell. Another track, another success for Camp Candle.

“LILAH” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of August 2019’ Spotify playlist.
