Grey Watson – “Spinning Wheels” (feat. The Visions)

Previously impressing with the track “Love Is Good, It’s #1” last year, Grey Watson returns with another melodic track in “Spinning Wheels.” Featuring on the track is The Visions, Grey Watson’s friends and bandmates, who we worked with throughout his time in Seoul, South Korea. Now back in NYC, Grey Watson released the track last month. Twangy guitars complement retrospective vocals to start, with bowed strings in the second half adding a nicely dramatic effect. Per the artist: “Spinning Wheels comments an early 30’s existential crisis. “It feels I’m spinning wheels and rolling boulders up the hill.” It presents the question of “what am I doing and why?” and wondering if anyone cares.”
