Mother Yeti – “My Best Please”


“My Best Please” is a stirring track from Mother Yeti’s new album of the same name. Classic rock, soul, and Americana are among the Idaho-based project’s influences. A friendly guitar melody gives rise to exuberant vocals to start the album’s self-titled track, eliciting some ’90s nostalgia in the vein of Blind Melon. A dose of piano at the 30-second mark coincides with beautifully expanding guitar twangs, giving off a dazed, psych-friendly charm. “My Best Please” breezes along with ample enjoyment throughout, retaining a melodically infectious and quaintly endearing sound throughout.
