Weston Smith – “Mirror World”

/

Impressing last month with “Autumn Wind,” Weston Smith is back already with the delightful “Mirror World.” Woodwind effects and lo-fi synth tones weave around downcast vocals, establishing a consuming and lush feel. A saxophone emerges past the two-minute mark, adding a smooth hypnotic element as Smith repeats “mirror world.” The working of woodwinds, brass, and synths together is something that’s very enjoyable to behold. “Mirror World” is another success for Weston Smith.

“Mirror World” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of March 2020’ Spotify playlist.
