Sleepy House – “Livin”

California-based duo Sleepy House groove into the weekend with the release of “Livin,” a soulfully infectious single. The project already impressed last month with the track “concussed.” Whereas “concussed.” showed a quivering, emotive feel more in the understated rock vein, “Livin” emphasizes the act’s more soulful, immediate sensibilities and synth-loving strut. The production throughout dazzles and the melody hooks and never lets go. “Livin” affirms Sleepy House as a very talented act with fun, eclectic stylistic pursuits.

“Livin” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of May 2020’ Spotify playlist.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Emerging Indie Pop.
