Baer Traa – “Until the Sun Comes Up”

/

“Until the Sun Comes Up” is a catchy, suave rock delight from Baer Traa. Per the artist, the track was “inspired by the FM waves of the west coast in the late 70s.” That melodic sense of nostalgia is prevalent throughout. The chorus, with its soaring vocals and refreshing guitar tones, evokes a feeling reminiscent of Hall & Oates, circa 1973’s Abandoned Luncheonette. The vibrant guitar line emergence past 02:30 plays with delightful enchantment as well, leading enjoyably to a satisfying conclusion that reprises the suave vocals. Timeless in its suave and infectious disposition, “Until the Sun Comes Up” is a success.

The artist writes: “This song is about a passionate night with someone unexpected. You’re moving a bit fast and it may not be wise to continue but you’re intoxicated by their presence, so you discard any worries ‘Until the Sun Comes Up.'”

“Until the Sun Comes Up” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of October 2020’ Spotify playlist.
