Pleasure Nature – “Always Late”

/

“Always Late” impresses with a murky rock sound, marked by both delicate dream-pop twangs and darkly invigorating guitar swells. The track, from Pleasure Nature, oozes with atmospheric engrossment. Especially as the vocals become lost within the sludgy guitars in the final half-minute, the hypnotic effect of “Always Late” is audibly evident. With gently pulsing synths and serene bass initially, the track expands with creative vigor — structurally shifting from fairly quaint dreaminess into creative guitar-based textures and rock appeal. “Always Late” captivates throughout.
