Remedies – “Psycho Scent”

Eerie synths and creeping vocals lead the striking “Psycho Scent,” off Remedies‘ upcoming album, out this year. The Norwegian act capture the feeling of an ice-cold winter throughout, with the prancing synths resembling quick snow fall. Guitar work toward the conclusion adds a buzzing, gripping component that satisfies. The “stick with us tonight,” hook throughout plays with a haunting allure, marking another success from Remedies, impressing previously with tracks like “Precious Disease” and “Crimson Mind.”

The upcoming album was recorded in Kysten Studio in Tromsø (Northern Norway), mixed by Sivert Henriksen, and mastered by Chris Sansom.

“Psycho Scent” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of January 2021’ Spotify playlist.
