Alice Dreamt – “All Those Little Things”

/

“All Those Little Things” shows a beautiful pop-forward embrace, coming from Detroit-based artist Alice Dreamt. Dreamy acoustical strums and flourishing vocal effects open the track with graceful intrigue. Pounding percussion adds nicely, as the vocals ascend into a glistening fervor — “and all that I ever wanted was all the world, all of the world for you.” With idiosyncratic aesthetic beauty and an addictive melodic pull, “All Those Little Things” shows superb songwriting and production from Alice Dreamt, who released the album The Wretched World last year.

“All Those Little Things” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of February 2021’ Spotify playlist.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Emerging Indie Pop.
