computer science – “Hell”

“Hell” is a haunting track from computer science, the project of Tim Brozowski, based near Carrboro, North Carolina. Lush vocals embrace alongside strumming acoustics and sporadic piano pushes, driving to a fantastic hook. The chorus — “those streets of gold, I’ll never see them,” — captivates with a melancholic and forlorn quality, soaring with melodic elegance. Per Brozowski, the “track discusses my thoughts on the afterlife, and religious condemnation.” “Hell” represents the first single off computer science’s upcoming EP It Is Me, out on Z Tapes records,

“Hell” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of June 2021’ Spotify playlist.
