CHRiS DiViNE – “For the Streets”

/

Saxophone and glistening keys guide alongside a suave vocal delivery on the atmospheric hip-hop track “For the Streets,” newly released from Bronx-based artist CHRiS DiViNE. Written after a bad breakup, “For the Streets” shows a coping, retrospective quality. The smooth guitars and brass add delectably throughout. A vocal switch-up around 02:30 adds enjoyable variety, intensifying the lyrical volume with an evident emotive yearning. “For the Streets” shows impressive production and a convicing flow from CHRiS DiViNE.

“For the Streets” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of July 2021’ Spotify playlist.
