Vectralux – “Hidden Days”

Atlanta-based indie-pop quartet Vectralux show their bright and anthemic side on “Hidden Days,” from their new album Each Morning and the Morning Thereafter. Glistening synth arpeggios kickstart the track alongside chirpy guitars and pulsing percussion; melodic vocals are quick to follow. Power-pop guitar flourishes, like past the two-minute mark, follow up synth-laden sections with a soaring, effervescent shine. The three-minute mark also unveils a fun bridge reminiscent of The Hold Steady. “Hidden Days” is a stirring meshing of rock and pop from Vectralux.
