The chipper guitar emergence past the first minute — preceding the “woke up today, started off strong,” vocal — marks a particularly entrancing sequence. The third minute unleashes a rock fervor with a hypnotic vocal refrain and electrifying guitars. Glistening keys close this delightful track off, solidifying .wave. as a project I’ll certainly be anticipating future material from.
