Goldmyth – “Triptych”

/

“Triptych” is a late-night pop success from Goldmyth, the Utah-based artist featured previously with tracks “Lover’s Letdown” and “My Mistake.” The former’s punchy pop exterior and the latter’s dreamy harp-led allure showcased the artist’s versatilely melodic songwriting, and that continues with “Triptych.”

Delivering a nocturnal pop sound propelled by keys and invitingly lush vocals, “Triptych” kicks into full gear alongside steady percussive pulsing and jangly guitars. Aesthetically reminiscent of TOPS, the track’s production is stellar; the crisp guitars, colorful keys, and dreamy vocals compel with thorough precision. The harp-laden bridge, past the two-minute mark, is especially hooky and indicative of Goldmyth’s signature, melodic songwriting.

This track and others featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of July 2022’ Spotify playlist.
