Triple M – “What If You Fly”

/

New single “What If You Fly” is a chilled-out delight from Triple M. The Colorado Springs-based artist highlights “the courage in all of us,” within the track, led entrancingly by glistening keys and tender guitar tones that mesh infectiously with chopped vocal samples.

The twinkling keys and hip-hop percussive flair joins with twangy guitar adornments for a magical feeling, punctuated enjoyably by diverse vocal additions, from the cut-up infectiousness to a child-like whimsy. Approaching the three-minute mark, playful keys complement a more present vocal sample, manipulated beautifully within the production to align melodically with the grooving, mellow beat. The percussion fades thereafter for a satisfying conclusion.

“What If You Fly” is enjoyably indicative of Triple M’s talents in scenic production and melodic songwriting. I’m looking forward to hearing what’s upcoming.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of October 2022’ Spotify playlist.
