Carl Dolphin – “Goodnight”

/

A hypnotic, lulling rock soundscape features on “Goodnight,” a recent track from Carl Dolphin. The closing track from the album Music for Frogs Vol. 1, “Goodnight” presents an eerie lyrical composure — “the devil knows when I’m sleeping,” — alongside a lusher, caressing instrumentation. Balmy guitar reflections and bristling percussive gentleness intertwine, re-emerging with triumphant effect at the one-minute turn. “Goodnight” is a stellar production on an album well worth digging into.
