Screen Room – “Celine”

NYC-based band Screen Room compel on their track “Celine,” a delectably woozy success lush acoustic strums, twangy adornments, and heartfelt vocals. Harmonious vocal layers persist amidst an enjoyably evolving production, assuming a more expansive allure past the first minute, when the hazy backing vocals and hypnotic acoustics build into a smitten, beckoning “Celine, Celine, Ce Ce Ce, Ce Ce Ce” outpouring. Reverse delay likenesses emerge in the final sequence, fully embracing of the psychedelic realm. “Celine” is a fantastic output from Screen Room, who describe the track as “about fighting through the insecurity of a relationship and realizing what the person truly means to you and fighting yourself and these feelings.”

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
