Another absorbing track from Wilmington, NC-based artist Winston Orz, “Red Wine” stirs in its range of both ghostly and invigorating vocals, within a resonating alt-rock and post-punk infusion. Opening vocals exude a lushly harmonious intrigue, its “fill my heart up with white lies… and red wine” declaration enveloping into jangly guitars and multi-layered vocal chills. Bursting guitar twangs vocal theatrics arrive shortly thereafter, and the track maintains a consistently climactic and emotive appeal throughout. “Red Wine” is another standout from Winston Orz, who caught our ears in the recent past with tracks like “Blue Saint River” and “The Color in Your Eye.”
