Captain Hell – “Modern kitchen”

“Modern kitchen” is a short yet strongly memorable rocker from Captain Hell, the Germany-based audiovisual project from artist Andrey Kasay. Thunderous guitar tones open the track, sweltering with a no-frills alt-rock energy. The lead performance emerges thereafter with a punk-tinged ferocity, intertwining with layered precision before aligning into a unified, anthemic vigor, punctuated by an ensuing shout and melodic delivery: “a decent and modern kitchen.” “Modern kitchen” is a brief yet thrilling standout from Captain Hell.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
