None of the characters in Beach House’s video for “Wild” seem very happy. Everyone appears anxious, disturbed, or on something crazy. But by the video’s end, after all their wild emotions are conveyed, solace is found in mutual company. A fitting conclusion to a song that ends with the words “One chance to fall behind the lines that will not let you / Can I believe in how the past is what will catch you.”
