Griff Lynch delivers “No One Cares” is the third single from Griff Lynch this year, following the grim “Don’t Count on Me” and Welsh language “Hir Oes Dy”. Lynch, the ex-frontman of Yr Ods, touts a vocal tone comparable to Destroyer/Dan Bejar, though here in a more illuminated electro-pop assortment that soars with anthemic glee during the chorus. There’s certainly a hint of Welsh natives Super Furry Animals in the juxtaposition between the bright, anthemic chorus and more understated verses. All in all, this is a very good track from Griff Lynch.
