The Tins – “Sundried Mind”

/

Binghamton-based act The Tins impressed in January with the peppy success “Clearly Not Zen“, reminding of a huskier vein of The Shins on that one. Their new track, “Sundried Mind”, shows more of the act’s soaring goodness. It’s off their forthcoming LP, out everywhere on 6/1. The track picks up in fuzz and catchiness toward the second half, as the vocals repeat “I will jump until I hit the bottom.” Meshing the soaring pop tendencies of The Shins with more of an affinity for guitar fuzz, The Tins continue to show an impressive and immediately engaging sound.

“Sundried Mind” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of May 2018’ Spotify playlist.
