Villows returns with another successful track in “Revel.” The effort touts a danceable, club-laden chorus that plays effectively off the suave verses, led by trickling guitars and a warbled synth lead. The Philadelphia-based act has proven pop smarts in the past with efforts like “Coffee Under Starlight,” and here show an expanded sound with a more dance-friendly hook. I’m enjoying the project’s stylistic progression and consistent stream of quality tracks.
