Koresma x Marley Carroll – “Eucalyptus”

/

Koresma is the electronic project of Ryan Lindberg, a producer from the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. His latest track, “Eucalyptus” emphasizes the artist’s impressive grasp for developing electro-acoustic soundscapes, with the percussive grooves projecting a hypnotic, understated effect amidst the guitars and keys. The track was made in collaboration with Asheville-based artist Marley Carroll. They combine for a track audibly reflective of springtime’s burgeoning colors and beauty.

“This song is special because it’s one of the last pieces of music I finished while living in Asheville, NC before moving to Los Angeles,” Lindberg says. “The name Eucalyptus is inspired by the fresh smell of the essential oil. The feeling of that smell matches perfectly with early Spring greens in Asheville and this song is a perfect compliment to the two.”

Koresma is presently at work on a four-part album, based “on the theme of a compass.”

“Eucalyptus” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of May 2019’ Spotify playlist.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Lush Indie Electronic.
