Elsewhere is the debut EP from Atlanta-based act Rujen. Kicking this impressive release off is the entrancing “Luna,” a gripping collection of melodic vocal lines, catching guitar work, and impressively vibrant rhythms. All four tracks here show the band’s knack for rich soundscapes, from the nocturnal psych-rock feel of the self-titled track to the spacious retrospection of “NYC.” “Luna” in particular impresses with the interplay of electric guitar, acoustics, and shimmering keys.
