Bif Naked – “Jim”

/

“Jim” is a new track from Canadian artist Bif Naked, via her upcoming album CHAMPION. Escalating synths and suave vocals lead to start, with contemplative guitars lurking as the chorus approaches. The “you never loved me Jim,” chorus resounds with rock-forward emotion, with the guitar tones conjuring a dark alt-rock feel alongside whirring synth arpeggios. “Jim” shows itself as a powerful, well-produced track, and one that amps up anticipation for CHAMPION. Tackling the reality of pain and “facing it head-on,” “Jim” is a memorable effort from Bif Naked.

“Jim” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of March 2020’ Spotify playlist.
