Nashaat Salman – “Live It All My Way” (feat. John Lee Sanders)

/

Melodic piano and spacey synths join with a hypnotic vocal refrain throughout the enjoyable “Live It All My Way,” a recent track from Switzerland-based composer, orchestrator, instrumentalist, and producer Nashaat Salman. Featuring Emmy-nominated composer and singer John Lee Sanders, “Live It All My Way” succeeds in meshing pop and electronic stylings, also influenced by modal scales and eastern Mediterranean music. Lyrically, the track serves as a wake-up call for change, which can be particularly difficult in the midst of a work routine. Echoing the true meaning of life — “giving love, being loved, free their mind and their souls,” — the track plays with a sweet, endearingly melodic quality throughout. Salman and Sanders show well throughout “Live It All My Way.”

“Live it All My Way” and other memorable tracks released in September can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of September 2020’ Spotify playlist.
