The clanging guitars and playful woodwind convergence around the one-minute mark leads enjoyably back into the initial verses; thumping bass and rollicking guitars take hold a minute later, prior to the woodwind presence and vocals leading momentarily with delightful results. “Dreamlyfe” rides enjoyably on a consistent backing lightness throughout — the track’s original “flute jam” classification still holds — with satisfying bursts of psych-friendly guitars.
