Bearing an enjoyable aesthetic comparison to Men I Trust, “Worth It” builds from lush synths into a funky rhythm section and vintage synths.
The title-referencing refrain signals a hooky rise, the synths glistening and the rhythm section thumping with funk-forward charm. A serene bridge approaches the two-minute turn with charming cohesion, driving seamlessly into the refrain with added guitars and eventual strings.
