Patryk Kania – “All My Kisses Flow Like Water”

/

Featuring emotively spacious verses and a peppier pop-friendly hook, “All My Kisses Flow Like Water” is a memorable new single from Patryk Kania, a UK-based artist born and raised in rural Poland. His debut EP, produced by Florida-based Kevin Buster, will release later this year. “All My Kisses Flow Like Water” represents the third single from that upcoming EP.

A dramatic introduction led by strings and gradual vocals swell into a vibrant, title-referencing majesty. The vulnerable vocals and emotive lyrics — speaking of hands shaking and anxious smitten in general — combine with heart-tugging strings for an aesthetic arsenal reminiscent of Jens Lekman and Sondre Lerche. The production melds chamber-pop and folk with effortless precision; the understated vocals in the verses contrast beautifully with the eventual strings’ embrace. “All My Kisses Flow Like Water” is a resonating track throughout.

This track and others featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of September 2022’ Spotify playlist.
