Giack Bazz – “The Moon Is Painted”

/

London-based artist Giack Bazz casts a theatrical rock allure on new single “The Moon Is Painted,” presenting a rousing sound with moments of murky alt-rock intrigue and soaring radiance alike. Bass-heavy verses complement a “tell your friends to watch my special exposé,” beckoning, traversing into a riveting title-touting sequence with stirring guitar work and multi-layered vocal grandiosity. The brooding build satiates in its cathartic culmination to “the moon is painted,” gripping refrain.

The track precedes the artist’s upcoming album, Bedtime Stories For Computers, out in July 2024. The project itself represents the work of Federico Giacobazzi, who wrote his first song in 2008 and now has multiple albums under his belt. “The Moon Is Painted” is riveting in its production and melodic drive, with a scorching guitar solo adding to the immersion into the final minute. We’re certainly now anticipating the upcoming Bedtime Stories For Computers.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.

We discovered this release via MusoSoup, as part of the artist’s promotional campaign.
