Left Out – “Undertones”

/

Evolving from dreamy contemplation into a bouncy hookiness, “Undertones” is the new single from Left Out, a project based in Columbus, Ohio. “Am I undeserving of your love?” the vocals open. “I can feel us falling apart.” The dreamy acoustics and lush vocals combine for a contemplative allure, opening into a quick guitar strum that hints at the impending rise. Reveberating guitar tones arise in a gripping final minute, embracing a textured rock engrossment. “Undertones” is an engaging success from Left Out, representing their first single since 2022 LP Learn to Walk.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
