Easy Bear – “90s Anthem”

/

An anthemic alt-pop/rock beckoning stirs on “90s Anthem,” a new single from Easy Bear. Bass-led verses pair with a contemplative lyrical prowess. “What’s the point of the American dream when dreaming’s already dead?” they ask in the bridge, traversing into an invigorating central hook that asks “will my troubles disappear?” akin to clouds breaking through. A string-laden “just know you’re not alone,” segment continues to consume thereafter. The band showcased their dynamic, hooky songwriting last month with the track “Ruin the Day,” and continue to delight with “90s Anthem.”

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
