Second Hand Noise – “Into Coherence”

/

A dreamily inviting entrancement, propelled by gorgeous synth pads, enamors on “Into Coherence,” the debut single from Second Hand Noise. The San Juan, Puerto Rico-based project crafts an immersive listening experience, touting a patiently unfolding soundscape with heady instrumentation, all tuned to 432Hz in furthering the track’s naturally calming qualities. “Into Coherence” succeeds in several realms of listening, whether one uses it as a backdrop to deep contemplation, or deeply focuses on its blissfully evolving textures.

A rhythmic pit-patter and ensuing thump evolves into a vaporwave-friendly synth tones, caressing in its neon-lit lushness. Wordless vocal effects ease in thereafter, adding to the ethereal, weightless atmospheric pull. Escalating rhythms build with enjoyable momentum thereafter, before it falls back again into a peaceful spaciousness. Brass-y tones slither in at that point, conjuring a Lynchian vibe in its late-night, cinematic mystique. “Into Coherence” is a stellar, wonderfully atmospheric debut from Second Hand Noise.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Rainy Days and Late Night Drives.
