Nate Steckler – “comeback”

Mellow, subdued atmospherics intertwine with palpable vocal emotion on “comeback,” a strong new track from Nate Steckler, representing the first single from his debut album, The Spotless Ladybird. A solemn, deep “don’t tell me” vocal opening pairs with dreamy guitar pulses, momentary and impactful amidst a shimmering backing textural pull. “Come back, come back, come back for your love,” Steckler’s vocals enamor, escalating in emotion and yearning. Ghostly vocal layers and touches of piano incorporate seamlessly into the track’s outro, sending enjoyable chills with its stellar vocals and moody soundscape.

This and other tracks featured this month can be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Emerging Singles’ Spotify playlist.
