CAMU – “Empire State of Sound”

/

Channeling an ’80s power anthem in its primary hook, “Empire State of Sound” is a spirited and catchy new track from CAMU, who was vocalist for the band NAKED (who will be touring as CAMU’s backing band when we does his summer tour in 2019). CAMU is releasing a trilogy of songs and corresponding videos, with this track the first of the installments. An ode to NYC, as Camu lived in the East Village of NYC after NAKED disbanded following a decade, the track is catchy and nostalgic in its anthemic vein of rock.

“Empire State of Sound” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of September 2018’ Spotify playlist.
