The Pressure Kids – “Team”

The Pressure Kids are indie-rockers from Nashville, who met five years ago during their freshman year of college. “Team” is a track released recently, blending catchy power-pop charm with a hint of country twang in the chorus. The track is a fun, melodic success with a number of memorable moments, from the catchy hook to the scenic bridge at the two-minute mark, where twangy guitars ascend amidst a brief symphonic glow. It concludes with a spirited, melodic hurrah until lushness envelops the final moments. “Team” is a quality showing from The Pressure Kids.

“Team” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of November 2018’ Spotify playlist.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Indie Rock.
