The Evening Attraction – “Kill For Love”

/

Chicago rockers The Evening Attraction impress with new track “Kill For Love,” a showcase of the band’s accessible and timeless vein of rock. The “but you see that love is magic, what you’re doin’ to me is tragic,” hook is supremely melodic, begging for replay. The bridge at 02:15 introduces a hazy key-forward melody to the mix, infusing a psych-friendly aesthetic to the shaggy rock feel. “Kill For Love” is a straight-shooting, contagious rocker with ample replayability.

“Kill For Love” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of January 2019’ Spotify playlist.

The track is also featured in the genre-based, best-of Spotify compilation Indie Rock.
