Blame It On Leo – “The Stranger”

/

Blame It On Leo are rock act from Queensland, Australia, impressing with their catchy new single “The Stranger.” They compare their sound to Two Door Cinema Club, reflective of the band’s ability to churn out easily digestible hooks within enjoyable indie-rock theatrics. Interpol is another point of comparison, specifically in reference to the vocal’s confident croon and accompanying busy rhythm section. “The Stranger” touts whirring synth touches in its pleasant hook, in addition to a seamless bridge at 02:12. Accessibly melodic, “The Stranger” is a quality showing from Blame It On Leo.
