Head Fake – “I’m Found”

A new track from Head Fake, “I’m Found” shows the group’s fresh take on pop-minded hybrids — in this case, a twangy country feeling with suave conviction, bursting organs, and tender strings. Sweltering backing vocals in the second half add an enjoyable soul influence as well. The “I wake up every morning, take a good look around,” refrain plays with infectious appeal. The track comes from Head Fake’s newly released EP2, streaming on all platforms. The project is comprised of veteran musicians with experience in everything from DJing, production, songwriting, and multi-instrumentation, and that eclectic savvy shows throughout the EP.

“I’m Found” and other memorable tracks released in April can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of April 2020’ Spotify playlist.
