Reclining Nude – “Peace”

/

The hazy “Peace” is a lovely new track from Reclining Nude, the project of Brooklyn musician and artist Cade Sadler, previously of Foe Destroyer. A minimalist introduction stars rhythm and vocals, with tender organs and guitar combining through the one-minute mark alongside serene vocals. This chorus, while understated, consumes in its suave charm and relaying of fleeting friendships. I’m drawn by the track’s chilled-out, reflective qualities and dreamy aesthetic. Look for an EP to follow in the near future.

“Peace” and other memorable tracks from this month can also be streamed on the updating Obscure Sound’s ‘Best of June 2020’ Spotify playlist.
